Iskandar Safa

Born in 1955 and with Lebanese origins, Iskandar Safa is a French businessman known primarily for his company Privinvest Holding.

This company specialises in the construction of naval vessels. Megayachts are another key interest of Safa, so it is safe to say that his corporate portfolio centres wround sea going vessels of different varieties, though he also works on projects that include consultancy services for the Athens stock exchange. He has a background in civil engineering.
Indeed, after his BA, Iskandar Safa worked for some time as a civil engineer both in the US and in other countries before pursuing an MBA at Fontainebleau. Iskandar Safa is described as being one of Lebanon’s wealthiest people,Privinvest was founded by Iskandar in conjunction with his brother Akram Safa.

It continues to attract investors from all over the world. Since it was founded in 1990, the company has attracted many different kinds of international projects in France, Athens and beyond. One such project, Marbres de France, for instance, involves dealing with shipments of French marble. In addition to his CEO duties at Privinvest, Iskandar Safa holds, and has held, several other leadership roles. These include the President of Triacorp (a position he held in the 1980s) and the main shareholder of the French company CMN.
